The discomfort associated with eczemas can have a devastating effect on quality of life of patient’s. A proficient work up is done to find out the type and cause of eczema. The treatment is divided into two phases:-

1. Initial aggressive phase – wherein the emphasis is put into giving rapid relief to patient’s symptoms.

2. Maintenance Phase – once the activity of disease lessens, patient’s put on maintenance phase of treatment to prevent recurrence of eczema.
